2. Personal data we collect
Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:
- Contact details, such as your name, email address and WhatsApp or phone number.
- Reading details, such as your date, time and place of birth, how confident you are of your birth time, and sex or gender where a chart method requires it.
- Your questions, the background you share with us and, for couple reports, both partners’ details.
- Order details passed to us by Shopee, such as your Shopee username, order number and the product purchased.
- Messages and enquiries you send through our contact form, email, WhatsApp or Shopee chat.
- Technical data collected automatically when you visit the website, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. See our Cookies Policy.
3. How we use your personal data
We use your personal data to:
- Prepare and deliver the consultation, reading report or class you requested.
- Communicate with you about your order, appointment or enquiry.
- Answer follow-up questions and correct details you ask us to change.
- Keep basic business, accounting and tax records.
- Maintain, secure and improve our website.
- Comply with our legal obligations.
- Birth details and personal questions are used only to prepare your reading. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not publish your chart or your questions.
4. AI-assisted reports
Our written reports are prepared with the help of AI tools. To do this, the relevant chart information and the questions you submit may be processed by AI service providers acting on our behalf. We share only what is needed to prepare your report, and we do not authorise these providers to use your personal data for their own marketing.
5. Orders through Shopee
Reports and online consultations are sold through our Shopee store. Shopee collects and processes your payment, delivery and account information under its own privacy policy and terms. We receive only the order information Shopee makes available to sellers, plus any details you send us directly to prepare your reading. We do not receive or store your card or bank details.
6. Disclosure of personal data
We may disclose your personal data only to:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, messaging, form and AI service providers.
- Shopee, to fulfil and support your order.
- Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where necessary.
- Government or regulatory authorities, where required by law.
7. Transfer outside Malaysia
Some of our service providers, including hosting and AI service providers, may store or process data outside Malaysia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your personal data receives a level of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA.
8. Other people’s details
If you give us another person’s details, for example a partner’s birth details for a couple compatibility report, you confirm that you have that person’s knowledge and permission to share them for the reading.
9. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide your service, handle follow-up questions and meet legal, accounting and tax requirements. After that, we delete it or anonymise it.
10. Security
We take reasonable practical steps to protect personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
11. Your rights
Under the PDPA, you may:
- Ask for access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct personal data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
- Withdraw your consent, or ask us to limit how we process your personal data. If you do, we may not be able to provide some services.
- To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time required by the PDPA.
12. Children
Our services are intended for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with its effective date.
