1. Our services
We offer Chinese metaphysics consultations (such as BaZi, Zi Wei Dou Shu, Qi Men Dun Jia, Tarot, face and palm reading, and corporate metaphysics), AI-assisted written reading reports, and metaphysics classes. The scope of each service is described on its page or listing. Anything outside that scope is not included unless we agree to it in writing.
2. Ordering through Shopee
Reading reports and online consultations are sold through our Shopee store. When you order through Shopee:
- Your purchase is also governed by Shopee’s terms of service and policies.
- Payment is made to and processed by Shopee.
- Cancellations, returns and refunds are handled under Shopee’s policies and procedures.
- If there is a problem with your order, contact us through Shopee chat or our contact page and we will work with you and Shopee to resolve it.
3. Information you provide
Readings depend on the information you give us. Please check your birth date, time, place and other details before you order. We are not responsible for a reading based on inaccurate or incomplete information. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will tell you whether preparation has started and what correction options are available.
If you provide another person’s details, you confirm that you have their knowledge and permission.
4. Delivery of reports
Reports are delivered digitally, to your email or to your WhatsApp if you don’t use email. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
5. Consultations and appointments
Consultation appointments are subject to available slots. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Each session covers the topic and time booked.
6. Classes
Course content, fees, schedules and any enrolment terms are confirmed with you when you enrol.
7. Nature of readings
Our readings and reports are traditional metaphysical interpretations, offered for reflection and personal insight. They are not professional medical, psychological, financial, investment, legal or other professional advice, and they should not replace advice from a qualified professional.
We do not guarantee any outcome, event or result. Decisions you make after a reading remain your own responsibility.
AI-assisted reports are written interpretations prepared with the help of AI tools. They are not live consultations.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, and the reports and materials we provide, belong to us or our licensors. Your report is for your personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, resell or publish our content or reports without our written permission.
9. Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The website may link to third-party sites, such as Shopee. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our services, or from decisions made on the basis of a reading. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other law that cannot be excluded.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its effective date, applies.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
